Kevin has been working with renewable energy programs since 2008 when he co-founded SRECTrade, now the leading online marketplace for buying and selling renewable energy credits. In 2013 he spun off and took over at InClime, focusing on running renewable energy and efficiency programs for utilities and public agencies. Kevin also had a 20 year career as a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilot and program/project manager, and has earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Alex Rein
Alex ReinChief Operating Officer
Alex has been involved with solar energy development and finance since 2009, when he joined SunPower Corp. Over his 7+ years there, he helped develop more than 40MW of C&I solar projects, managed a $100M SREC portfolio and led a quarter billion dollar cost efficiency initiative. In 2016 he founded solar consulting firm Prairie Light Solar, where he worked with developers and investors on financial modeling and incentives for solar projects. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael MacMillan

Mike is focused on developing InClime’s strategy, structure, and workforce while supporting all programs and pursuing new programs to deliver intelligent and efficient renewable energy management to utilities and public agencies. He recently retired from the U.S. Coast Guard following a career as a helicopter pilot, aeronautical engineer, logistician, program manager, and strategist. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering and Naval Architecture from the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, a Master of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Science in National Security Resource Strategy from the Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy.
Jane Valentino
Jane ValentinoVice President of Programs
Jane provides programming and policy support for the programs InClime runs. She has an extensive background in renewable energy and energy efficiency, working for many years at the Center for Resource Solutions as the Green-e Climate Manager, as well as working at ICF International, NYSERDA and the California Public Utilities Commission. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University and a Master of Public Policy from the University of California, Berkeley.
Lauren Toltzis
Lauren ToltzisSenior Manager - New Programs and Support
Lauren is program manager who assists in all of InClime’s programs, including the launch of new programs. She previously served as the Distributed Generation Lead for the Illinois Adjustable Block Program, and has also worked with the Delaware SREC Procurement Program, the Pennsylvania AEPS Program, the SEU Upfront SREC program, and the DNREC Green Grant program. She has not only has significant technical expertise in the areas of generation and RECs, but is also able to help stakeholders at any level work through the more arcane and technical aspects of SREC production and tracking. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from George Washington University
Rachel Land
Rachel LandSenior Manager
Rachel is a Senior Program Manager who administers InClime’s Green Energy Grant, Energize Delaware Loans, and Clean Energy Advantage Loan programs. Her previous InClime roles included managing the Mass CEC iVerify and Green HELP St Louis programs as well as assisting in other InClime programs. Her expertise is launching and supervising loan, rebate, and grant programs for quasi state entities. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Lisa Wadsworth

Lisa assists in overseeing all of InClime’s programs, drawing on her significant expertise in the energy and renewable energy credit markets. Lisa has extensive knowledge of various renewable energy technologies and how to qualify them to participate in the the PJM and NEPOOL regions. Lisa provides system design and implementation for the programs InClime runs. Lisa also has significant financial compliance experience from a decade in the financial industry managing compliance and operations. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of West Florida.
Akeem Alade

Akeem is the primary program manager for the Alberta Residential and Commercial Solar Program, as well as assisting in InClime’s other programs. Akeem holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is certified as a LEED Green Associate.
Charley Fullerton
Charley FullertonSenior Manager
Charley is a senior manager who has been with InClime since 2017. Currently, Charley manages two major programs; the Pennsylvania Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard (PA AEPS) and the Rhode Island Renewable Energy Standard (RI RES). Management of these programs includes oversight of the outstanding in-house team, state compliance reporting, generator review and certification, and implementation of InClime’s comprehensive quality control procedures. Charley also ran the SRECDelaware Procurement program for four years, and worked with the Alberta Residential and Commercial Solar Program. He is an expert in alternative energy credits, fuel reports, generation tracking, facility registration, state compliance, PJM & NEPOOL functionality, and system audits. Additionally, he assists with system and program design and operation by improving functionality for both our internal teams and for customers and clients. Charley holds a M.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
Clarissa Day

Clarissa is a Program Manager for New Jersey’s Transition Renewable Energy Certificate (TREC) and Successor Solar Incentive Program (SuSI). She also manages the implementation, maintenance, and internal training for InClime’s CRM system. Clarissa has experience as a Program Manager for the Illinois Adjustable Block Program as well as, the renewable energy credit registration process for solar facilities in CT, NH, OH, and PA.
Isiah Womack

Isiah is an Assistant Program Manager providing support to all of InClime’s Program Managers. Isiah assists mainly with the Alberta Residential and Commercial Solar Program and Illinois Power Agency’s Adjustable Block Program supplying administrative support. Isiah is also a student at University of Maryland – College Park pursuing a B.S in Economics.

Sue has 20 years of experience designing and building missions critical software not only in business applications but also in the aviation and medical fields. Gary LaNoce

Gary is the primary Program Manager for the Solar Incentives NJ Program which administers all certificate payments within New Jersey’s Transition Renewable Energy Certificate (TREC) and Solar Successor Incentive (SuSI) Program. Previously as a data analytics manager, Gary helped track and report program performance on energy efficiency contracts across the residential, multifamily, and C&I sectors. Gary has experience managing CRM databases for digital marketing, conducting market research, and applying GIS tools to large data sets for clients. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Energy, Business, & Finance from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Drexel University, and recently completed the Financing & Deploying Clean Energy certificate program at Yale University.

Alex works in a marketing role for InClime, creating public-facing websites for Programs that InClime runs, and maintaining all of InClime’s public-facing websites. Alex also worked in consumer protection for the Illinois Adjustable Block Program. Prior to working with InClime, Alex served as Assistant Director of Marketing with Navy Athletics for three years, overseeing marketing for six varsity sports. He holds a Masters Degree in Sport Industry Management from Georgetown University and a Bachelors in Sociology from George Washington University.

Maureen Devlin
Maureen DevlinGeneral Counsel
Maureen Devlin is an experienced regulatory attorney who has litigated numerous cases before state and federal courts. Maureen specializes in case strategy generation, investigation of citizen complaints, and contract review and negotiation. Prior to joining InClime, she was counsel to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection where she counseled the agency’s Air, Clean Water and Waste programs, negotiated dozens of civil penalty settlements, and handled hundreds of Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law/FOIA requests and managed an appeal of a Right-to-Know decision. Maureen is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.

Erin comes with experience in several business arenas. She has a background in customer relations, retail purchasing analysis, office management, and most recently in finance for one of the largest craft breweries in Michigan. As an avid cyclist and hiker, she is also an advocate for sustainable trail development in her region.

Kurt is a jack of all trades for InClime working on everything from ensuring compliance for programs in Pennsylvania and Rhode Island to conducting project management for the software development team. He has been working in demand side management and distributed resource deployment for 20 years. He has developed and managed statewide programs working both for and with utilities to implement programs under the guidance of regulators. In addition, Kurt is experienced as an account representative conducting walk through energy audits and billing analysis to identity cost effective energy projects for commercial and industrial customers. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science in Forestry from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Kurt shares an office with his trusted chocolate lab and loud snorer, Scout.

Before joining InClime she worked at the Citizens Utility Board, gaining experience in consumer advocacy, with a focus on helping Illinois consumers navigate their solar options. Christina wants to ensure that as more people go solar, they have robust consumer protections and feel empowered by the process. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Chicago.

Miana Campbell

Miana is the Community Solar Lead for New Mexico’s Community Solar Program. Her previous experience at includes working as the Community Solar Lead for the Adjustable Block Program in Illinois, creating community solar educational content, as well as experience previously working as the Director of Client Accounts for a National Community Solar Developer within the Subscriber Management space. Miana’s aggregate Community Solar experience includes over 250 MW of Community Solar projects across several states. Miana is passionate about all things community solar and excited to work in a Program with a focus on LMI subscribers. Outside of work Miana is an adaptive ski coach and a Denver Urban Forester.
Terrell Green

Terrell Green has been working in the IT sector supporting Government entities for over 20 years serving as a Quality Assurance Testing Manager, SAP Test Lead and Project Manager for various government agencies such as DOD-ARMY, USDA, US Customs and Border Patrol and Homeland Security on various projects. Bringing these standards of quality to the public sector and brought this experience to the utilities sector in 2018 while working with Exelon Incorporated. The culmination of Terrell’s experience and knowledge make her supporting resource for InClime and its’ endeavors.

Greg comes to InClime with a breadth of experience in web API engineering, computer security, and data analytics. His career in federal service most recently includes five years optimizing use of a 600-person IT workforce, likened the “Uber” of Coast Guard Cyber. He holds an MS in computer science from UC Santa Barbara and a BS in computer science from Seattle Pacific University. An eager new resident of Eugene, Oregon, his interests lie in exploring both the city and the backcountry by mountain bike or classic Land Cruiser (two toddler seats on board).
